Winston

We lost a very special friend when we said goodbye to Winston, the girl kitty with a boy's name. Winston was one of the rare kitties around here that had heartworms. Erin's parents got her for her as a gift when she was 3. Winston was a cat that adapted easily whenever and wherever we moved to. She was definitely a loving cat; she loved to sit on people's laps, even if it was her dad who didn't like her that well..She loved going outside, even though she was an indoor cat. At night Winston would curl into a ball next to Erin and wait till she thought she was asleep and then she would leave to go eat. Erin remembers a couple times when she was sleeping Winston would go under her covers and put her head on the pillow right next to her. What a sweet memory, and what a wonderful friendship. She will be missed so very much.
